Why I create Silk I've been
programming in C++ for a long time and sometimes I will write something
in Python and I really love the simple of Python.
Because of the syntactic differences, it's not a comfortable experience
when you switch between 2 languages, so I need a simple dynamically
typed language which has similar syntax to C/C++. It seems there is no
such a language, so I decided to create a new language.
Programming
in self-created language was a little dream for me, and now the dream
comes
true, so it reminds me of a Chinese word "Silk", which means not only
"Silk Road" but also "Little and Smooth". Currently it is a
"little" language, hopefully anyone who uses it will have smooth
experience.
